Does anyone know this dog? It’s behind a fence running back and forth trying to find a way out. At the corner of B9 and B8. (Between Angel Fire & Eagle Nest: Lakeview Pines and Windy Hill Road) Has a collar, but I can’t get close enough (ice, snow, terrain and fence) to see if has tags. He doesn’t belong there.
