Bob Kawalski & Harry Tush, Sticks & Stones Custom Building LLC
After sixteen successful years doing business in Angel Fire, Sticks & Stones is creating a new division to their company. The spotlight and concentration will be bathroom and kitchen remodels and upgrades. Harry Tush will be in charge of the new division and also assuming the reigns of the company. He has been with Sticks and Stones as “overall superintendent” for fifteen years. Bob said “Harry is an extension of me. He has always called the shots in my absence, and is the essence of Sticks & Stones”. Speaking with them both, I was told, this new division to the company is a first for Angel Fire. Bathroom and kitchen remodels by a long term company with experienced crews will be a great addition to their business and to the community. Bob and Harry were proud to tell me that the employees have longevity with the company. Many of them have worked with Sticks & Stones for seven to eight years. They also wanted me to assure everyone, they are not losing focus of their custom home building/remodeling divisions, just branching out into new areas of expertise.
Sticks & Stones Custom Builders does not sub-contract their work out to other contractors. They keep it all in house. From framing to stucco to cabinets to tile to roofing and finish work, they do it all. Marie Kowalski, Interior Designer AISD, of All About Design, works with Sticks & Stones clients to ensure, from the very beginning, that their custom design ideas are brought into reality.
Bob and Marie came to Angel Fire on vacation in 1996. They fell in love the second they came over the pass, saw the enticing beauty of the Moreno Valley, and made it their home. Harry had the same experience when he came to visit a friend. He knew as soon as he arrived, this would be his home. He went back to Virginia, packed up his boys and moved. As soon as he moved to Angel Fire, he went to work with Bob.
Sticks and Stones invites you to come and see them in their new location at 3400 Mountain View Blvd, Mini Mart Plaza. Also in the new office, Kelly Haukebo will have a satellite real estate branch for New Mexico Mountain Properties. Sticks & Stones is proud to be a member of the Angel Fire community and their record of customer service.
