Use a rechargeable electric toothbrush with proper technique which is a 45 degree angle pointed into the gum line. Don’t overdo it. Overly aggressive brushing can damage teeth and gums.
Floss every night before bed and keep the floss tight against the tooth to break up plaque while leaving your gums in good shape.
Brush your tongue or use a tongue scraper to help prevent bad breath.
See your dental professionals regularly (twice per year is what the American Dental Association advises) and you’ll catch problems early when they’re treatable, not to mention more affordable.
