We would like to express our sincere appreciation for all those who joined in our SHOP LOCAL CAMPAIGN for the entire month of December. It was once again a great success. People brought us receipts totaling $6,502.89 from AF Snowpushers, Alpine Garden & Gifts, Alpine Lumber, Angel Fire Mini Mart, Blue Dawg Furniture, Cottams, Enchanted Circle Pottery, Angel Fire Resort, H2 Uptown, Hail’s Holy Smoked, High Country, Jennifer Cavan, Lowe’s Valley Market, Mountain Sports of Angel Fire, RBS True Value, Ski Tech, Sunset Grille, Sweet Shirt Shop, Taos Lifestyle, The Candy Store, The Pub ‘n grub, The Trailhead, Winter Sports, and Zebs Restaurant & Bar. What that means is, each receipt turned into our drawing was money spent in local establishments or for services used in Angel Fire!

On New Year’s Eve we drew for a winner from the receipts turned into us. The winner of $100.00 was John Sutton. Ask John and I bet he will tell you “It pays to shop local!”. Awesome ain’t it! What a great way to start 2016, please continue to shop local, eat local, and use local services!
