Roundup is delighted to welcome husband-and-wife Chef team Jen and Evan Doughty of Santa Fe’s historic Palace Restaurant and Saloon. Chef Jen will be at the Rush residence while Chef Josh will be at the Hensel residence. Both chefs will be working with A Bar N Ranch’s wagyu beef and Kyzer Farm pork in their respective menus. The evening will commence with cocktails on the veranda or garden followed by specially selected fine wines to compliment the duo’s incomparable culinary creations.

10:30 am to 12:00 pm | Dutch Oven Cooking Demo
Join Kent Smith and Mike Gilcrease for a refresher on how to cook, clean and take care of your beloved Dutch oven, and of course, taste some of their incredible wild game recipes. Take home a complimentary copy of their cookbook full of Southwest recipes at the end of the class!

We are the Stewart-Welles Band from Santa Fe . Our singer is the great Julie Stewart. We play a mix of dance cover tunes from the Allman Bros, Stones, Melissa Etheridge, Joan Osborne, some blues and originals. Great party and dance band. We would love to play at your festival!
