We’re living in extraordinary times and we’re learning more about COVID-19 every day. We know it’s a lot to take in. Our customers are at the heart of who we are and we’re committed to navigating these times with everyone’s safety and livelihood in mind. We recognize that others are coping with far more impactful and complex challenges than our own, and our goal is to do everything we can for our community: our customers, sales representatives, vendors and our internal team. To that end, we have reduced our store hours from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Sat. for the foreseeable future. If you would prefer not to come into the store, we can accommodate by phone call and review our inventory with you and either mail your product or have your package ready for pickup outside the store.
Here are some of the measures we are currently taking to support the safety of our community:
- We are wiping door handles and counter surfaces per the CDC recommendation
- We are offering our customers disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer sprites and as always hand soap in our bathroom with paper towels to dry
- Our sales staff is washing their hands frequently and using hand sanitizer. As we navigate this changing landscape, we’re being challenged daily. We’ll be doing our utmost to find a balance for what’s right for our sales staff and our customers.
