Proposed Angel Fire Ordinance Amendment
The 2nd Public Hearing and final vote on this ordinance amendment will be February 22, 2022 during the Village Council meeting. The meeting starts at 5:30pm. The change will give the Village permission to clear snow from public sidewalks in response to a significant snow event, as a matter of public safety. This will not change the fact that home owners and businesses are responsible for maintaining their sidewalks at all other times.
